Where are you located?
We're a US-based company (located in Pflugerville, Texas), and every order is printed in the USA by our print partners in Florida and Texas.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, right now we ship within the United States only, and we're working on reaching more countries soon. Check our shipping policy for rates and delivery times.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
What materials are your products made of?
We use high-quality fabrics that feel soft on the skin and hold up wash after wash. Exact materials vary by item. You'll find the full details on each product page.
What if I need to return the item?
We offer returns for 30 days after your order arrives.
If your order didn’t arrive, you received the wrong item, or there’s a misprint or other problem, please contact us right away at support@prideandpedantry.com or fill out our contact form. We’ll send you a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, and you won’t need to send anything back.
Ordered the wrong size? If you catch it within 24 hours of ordering, email us and we’ll fix it before it prints, at no charge. Once your order has shipped, you have two options. You can send it back within 30 days with return shipping at your own cost, and we’ll refund you once it arrives. Or you can keep it, and we’ll send you a one-time code for 50% off your next order.
Changed your mind? You’re welcome to return it within 30 days, with return shipping at your own cost. Please contact us first to start the return.
